I am contemplating building an aircraft hangar at the Airlake airport in Lakeville, MN. The hangar would be built on land leased from the Metropolitan Airport Commission. I am looking for a Minnesota firm experienced in building quality hangars with bi-fold doors. As a first step, I would like a ballpark estimate of the cost of a 50 x 40 x 13 wood frame hangar with a 12ft x 44ft bifold door. One 32" passenger door. Concrete floor and apron to the adjacent taxiway (approximately 10ft x 30 ft.) Can you give me this ballpark number including all construction labor, given that many details and final cost would have to be worked out later?

I am a contractor and I have been asked to build an aircraft hangar with approx size of 47ft x 45ft with a bi-fold door measuring 45ft x 12ft. I am reasearching and comparing different metal and wood packages. Do you sell self-installed packages for wood framed hangars? If so could you quote me a price for the dimensions listed above? Feel free to contact me at my cell number listed above or via e-mail. Thank you for your time.

50X70X14 or 50X60X14 Hangar in Willow AK. I want an apartment inside as well. Raised level living space is best to maximize usable floor space. In floor heating and washdown drain. What would a hangar kit cost and what is the delivery time? I'm in Africa working but will be able to call end May to begin Jun.
