Who do I talk about your building?
From the first customer contact our process starts with out Territory Managers. Each Territory Manager has responsibility for specific geographic area. Based on where your project is located will determine which Territory Manager will help guide you through the construction of your project. Your Territory Manager will be your primary point of contact for RAM Buildings.

Can I do some of the work myself?
We welcome customers' input in their project. We have a very accommodating system that allows for a customer to take responsibility for portions of the project.

Does RAM do other parts of the project besides the building?
We provide a wide range of services to fit virtually any project both large and small. We are a general contractor that can complete all phases of a project from building permit to final inspection. We also provide Construction Management services to help guide a project for a variety of customers.

Do I need insurance for my construction project?
As always you should check with your insurance agent but RAM Buildings provides coverage for Builders Risk, Commercial Liability and Workman's Compensation.

Is sales tax and delivery extra costs?
RAM provides a comprehensive proposal that includes sales tax and delivery.

Can my roof have shingles instead of steel?
RAM Buildings can accommodate many different roofing options including shingles.

Can I put brick or stone on a RAM building?
We have built many projects with brick veneer, stone veneer, wood siding and stucco. We can find the material to bring your dream into reality.

What is your smallest building?
We have built projects as small as a single car garage.

Can I get a high pitch on my roof?
We have design and reengineering resources to produce very complicated roof designs that can include high roof slopes as well as various roof configurations within the same project.
